The Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, sends his best wishes and strong support to the ten African nations attending the FIFA World Cup 2026 starts on June 11 and to be hosted Mexico, Canada, and United States (U.S).


These teams represent the continent on the world’s biggest stage. He feels confident that they will inspire others and perform with excellence.
