This highly selective, residential fellowship convenes emerging leaders from around the world to advance faith-rooted climate action. Past cohorts represented 20+ countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania, drawing on an extraordinary range of faith and indigenous communities.

Who are we looking for?

Leaders aged 25–40 who draw on their traditions to catalyze tangible, community-level climate action, bridging moral vision with practical impact. This is especially true for individuals who are at a critical point in their leadership journey, ready to scale their work.

What will participants gain?
