Rwanda's President Paul Kagame is scheduled to conduct a two-day State Visit to Botswana from May 6 to May 7, 2026.


The Office of the President in Gaborone announced on Wednesday, April 29, that the visit will be preceded by the Second Session of the Botswana and Rwanda Joint Permanent Commission on Cooperation (JPCC), which is set to take place from May 4 to May 5.
